Week 1 of 3 Week Food & Workout Journal Complete

Week one of my 3 Week Food & Workout Journal is in the books, and what an exciting week it was, what with Wednesday’s MET test at FitnessRx Kentucky. The full test results just came in tonight. I’ll be sharing some data soon, after I have a chance to digest all the data.

Week One Stats – Daily Averages
Net calories: 1,828
Fat: 197g (71%)
Protein: 161g (26%)
Net carbs: 24g (4%)

Feeling great and loving living the low-carb high-fat life! In addition to posting the full MET test results, I’ll be scheduling lab work with my doctor soon. It should be interesting comparing new results with my July, pre-keto baseline figures. Please keep checking back for updates, recipes, and thanks for viewing!
